Luis de La Cruz
Luis de La Cruz is an experienced and dedicated professional in the pet care industry, residing in Hallandale Beach, FL. With a career spanning over a decade, Luis has developed a robust skill set in operations management, customer service, and dog training. His journey began at the age of 16, starting with dog walking and evolving into a prominent role as the Director of Operations at Tails Doggie Daycare in Boston. During his tenure, Luis successfully earned the trust of hundreds of clients through his effective management and commitment to exceptional pet care.
Bilingual Spanish & English and highly dependable, Luis is confident in his business acumen and dog training skills, with a proven track record in training dogs, managing grooming services, and implementing efficient operational procedures. He is now looking to leverage his extensive experience to contribute to the well-being of the four-legged customers.
Luis holds a high school diploma from Brighton High School in Boston and brings over 10 years of general pet care experience, along with significant expertise in retail management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Glenda Galeano
A VenezuelanAmerican Dog Trainer with the unique mix of obedience and behavior expertise, founded MIAMI PET ASSISTANCE COALITION to rescue stray dogs and promote responsible pet ownership. In 2013, she merged her passion for communication and dogs and creating the Dog Podcast FRECUENCIA CANINA at @VPItv and her Dog segments on TV @ElNewsCafe on Univision and @LaVozDeLaManana on @VIX networks respectively.
