Tricia Fiorio
Head Trainer
Tricia, a Manufacturing and Operations Engineer, has been training and working with dogs for nearly two decades. She has assisted foster organizations and families with dogs that many had given up on and rehabilitated them to comfort and confidence, to be the pets they were meant to be. Tricia joined The Dog Wizard in early 2024, launching the franchise in the area with Jen. Tricia is certified in canine first AID and CPR. She lives with her two dogs, Lemon & Rumi and remains very active in the rescue community.
Jennifer Rossi, PhD
Owner & Operations Manager
With a PhD in molecular biology & biochemistry, Jen had been working in the life science start-up industry for nearly 20 years, growing, leading and bringing companies to successful exits. A constant animal lover, Jen was introduced to The Dog Wizard and decided that launching this new franchise would be her next exciting start-up!
When she is not thinking about dogs or science, Jen enjoys watching all types of sports, especially hockey. She also sits on the board of several non-profit organizations. Jen lives with her husband, teenage daughter, dog, Scarlett and cat, Loki.

Our dog training goes beyond basic commands like Sit, Come, and Down. Our approach focuses on helping your dog make better choices and respond to you instead of their impulses.
We cover all the essential obedience commands you need to communicate effectively with your dog. But more importantly, we teach your dog to stay engaged and follow through with these commands, even in the most distracting environments.
