She maintains a consistent workout routine, including playing in a soccer league twice a week. Weather permitting daysmonths of the year, Alex loves to be outdoors with her Shepard mix at a park or going for a hike. She will bring her beloved four-legged friend whenever possible to strengthen their bond and trust.
